A CRM for construction, linked to quotes, invoices and sites

In construction, the client relationship is played out on quotes: who received what, what has been won, what is still to be paid. Geovio keeps the contact book in the same app as quotes, invoices and sites — with no second software to synchronise.

An offer becomes an invoice with its Swiss QR-bill, then the payment imported from the bank finds its invoice.

What Geovio's CRM does

The contact book

Clients, suppliers and contact persons, linked to their company, with the UID number, VAT number, document language, payment terms and usual discount.

The record filled in by AI

Paste an email signature, a letterhead or the text of a business card: AI fills in the empty fields, which you check before saving.

Quotes tracked

Open, won and lost quotes, each in its own list; the won quote becomes the mandate, with its hours and invoices.

The client's history

On each record: their quotes, their invoices and what they still owe.

Reminders

Open invoices get reminders; the assistant answers "who hasn't paid me?".

Why linked to the site

A separate CRM doesn't know what happens on site. In Geovio, the won quote carries the team's hours, the signed T&M reports and the invoices: the client, their mandate and their site are tracked in the same place.

Bringing your contacts over

Contacts and open documents from another management software are brought into the ERP, without retyping anything by hand; possible duplicates are flagged.
