Annual billing is set up together with us: email info@geovio.ch and we issue your invoice with the free month or months. Online sign-up itself stays monthly.
Every Bureau licence has its own artificial-intelligence allowance, renewed on the 1st of the month. Premium doubles it: for those who dictate, price and analyse all day long.

Orders of magnitude, one or the other: every feature draws on the same allowance. If it runs out before the end of the month, only the AI pauses until the 1st; the rest of Geovio keeps working. A licence can move from Bureau to Premium at any time.

At CHF 60 an hour, the CHF 89 of a full licence amount to an hour and a half a month. A site manager spends two to three of those a week on manual paperwork.

Each active account counts as one licence, Terrain or Bureau depending on what it needs to do. There is no base fee: a team of three pays for three licences, nothing else.
Yes, with no commitment. To add a licence, write to info@geovio.ch: it is opened right away and billed pro rata for the current month. A removal takes effect at the end of the month — handy when a site ramps up and then wraps up.
Both open exactly the same application. Premium doubles the monthly AI allowance: take it for those who work with the assistant all day — the owner dictating quotes and hours, the project manager questioning tender files, the quantity surveyor having hundreds of delivery notes read. For everyday use, Bureau is plenty.
Yes. Photos, tickets, samples and reports are stored in Switzerland (Zurich and Geneva), in line with the revised FADP. The artificial-intelligence features (document reading, photo descriptions, written and voice assistant, Analyse) go through Google Gemini, outside Switzerland: the content sent is not used to train its models and is only kept temporarily. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes. The mobile app works without an internet connection on site. Data syncs automatically as soon as the network is back — ideal for areas with no coverage.
You can export all your data (full archive: photos, tickets, samples, reports, site records) up to 30 days after the subscription ends. It is then deleted, as provided in the terms and conditions.
