Send large files and plans, stored in Switzerland

A tender file, DWG plans, a hundred high-resolution photos: too heavy for an email. Geovio gives a download link that expires, the recipient needs no account, and the files stay on Swiss servers.

A plan lands on the map at its coordinates, then a perimeter is drawn with its dimensions and its area.

A link rather than an attachment

Drop the files, add a title and a message, choose the duration: one day, one week or one month. Geovio gives a link to send, or to post directly in the site chat.

The recipient sees who is sending, the message and the list of files; they download them one by one or all together. After expiry, the files are deleted.

Limits made for construction

Up to 100 files per transfer and 50 GB per file: enough to send a model, a survey or a complete file without splitting it.

File converter

Images, PDF and Word, from one format to another; several photos become a single PDF. Everything happens on your computer, nothing is uploaded.

PDF assembly

Extract a page, put pages back in order, merge several PDFs into one — without reprinting the pages.

Large file transfer

A link that expires, no account for the recipient, stored in Switzerland.

Why not a free transfer service?

Because a site plan or a client's file has no business on a server whose location is unknown. With Geovio, you know where your files go: to Switzerland, with the app's hosting provider, and nowhere else.

Frequently asked questions

How can large plan files be sent?

In Geovio's toolbox, drop the files and send the link you get: the recipient downloads without an account, until the expiry you have chosen.

Where are the files sent stored?

In Switzerland, with Geovio's storage provider. They are deleted once the link expires.

What size can be sent?

Up to 100 files per transfer and 50 GB per file.

Does the converter send my files over the Internet?

No: conversion and PDF assembly happen in the browser, on your computer.
